Profil utama lulusan Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) adalah sebagai pendidik mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada sekolah/madrasah (SD/MI, SMP/MTs, SMA/MA/SMK/MAK), peneliti, dan pengembang bahan ajar PAI yang berkepribadian baik, berpengetahuan luas dan mutakhir dibidangnya serta mampu melaksanakan tugas dan bertanggung jawab berlandaskan ajaran dan etika keislaman, keilmuan dan keahlian.

Berdasarkan evaluasi kurikulum dan tracer study, profil lulusan Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam dirumuskan dalam tabel 1.
